6017-185 A.T. & S.F.

Production: 1959 & 1960

History
The 6017-185 A.T. & S.F. is an entry level caboose. Production was limited during its brief two-year life and like many short lived items, it has become a desirable caboose.

Features
Standard features of the 6017-185 caboose include: painted gray shell, A.T. & S.F. lettering, AAR trucks, a single operating coupler plus end railings.

The lettering on this caboose can be found in either red or maroon, with red being slightly more common.

The 6017-185 A.T. & S.F. caboose is often confused with the gray 6017-85 Lionel Lines caboose.

The length of this caboose is approximately 7" long (coupler to coupler).

Red Lettering - Shown in the photo above - The most common version.
Maroon Lettering - A little harder to locate.
