The 6017-235 is an uncommon caboose. It was manufactured for one year, 1962 and not produced in large quantities. The 6017-235 is a desirable caboose to obtain in collector quality.

Features
Standard features of the 6017-235 caboose include: red paint shell, A.T. & S.F. lettering in white, AAR trucks, black frame, a single operating coupler plus end railings.

The 6017-235 is frequently mistaken for the 6017-225 caboose. The main difference between the two is the -235 has end railings while the -225 does not have the railings.

The length of this caboose is approximately 7" long (coupler to coupler).
