1021 90 Degree Crossing

1021a.jpg

Production: 1945 - 1954

History
The 1021 90 degree crossing is prewar 027 gauge carryover accessory. The first production of the 1021 dates back to 1933. Due to minimal collector interest in track, this crossover track remains easy to locate and generally inexpensive. In today's market, most of the value is based upon the availability of an original box as well as the condition of both the box and the crossing track.

Features
Standard features of the 1021 90 degree crossing include: short sections of standard Lionel 027 gauge track mounted on a black metal base. Six track pins are included on opposite ends of the track.
