148 Dwarf Signal

Quantity:

Product Description

Production: 1957 - 1960

History
The 148 Dwarf Signal was a small signal designed to be used in freight yards or sidings. Controlling the 148 signal is with the use of a 148-100 controller -- which is visually the same as a 364C controller, but with different contacts on the base. Although this signal is modeled after real freight yard signals, it did not gather a lot of interest in the late 1950's and is somewhat hard to locate these days. Usually the signal is intact, but frequently the 148-100 controller is missing.

Features
Features of the 148 Dwarf Signal include: unpainted beige plastic base, black lens cap plus a red and green light on the interior. Also included with the signal is a 148-100 controller (which is also missing in the photo above) and instructions. This accessory was never sold with a track activator.
