History
The 6017-85 Lionel Lines caboose is yet another one-year-only caboose. Like many other single-year production items, the 6017-85 caboose is hard to find, especially in collectable condition.

The 6017-85 is similar to the gray 6017-185, however the -185 caboose has A.T. & S.F. lettering in red while this caboose has Lionel Lines lettering printed in black.

Features
Standard features of the 6017-85 caboose include: painted gray body with black lettering, AAR trucks with a single operating coupler plus a chemically blackened frame and end railings. The only number printed on the caboose is '6017' -- the -85 does not appear on the caboose.

The length of this caboose is approximately 7" long (coupler to end).

Only Known Variation - Shown in the photo above - All 6017-85 cabooses are painted gray with black lettering.
